User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Kuail, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Kuail may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

2. What Kuail Provides

Kuail provides creative tools that transform photos into mirror symmetries, dual-photo splits, kaleidoscope-style artwork, and related local renders. The app is designed as a calm, offline-first workspace.

Kuail does not provide cloud storage, social publishing, financial services, cryptocurrency, professional design services, or guaranteed backup of your artwork.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, images, text, metadata, and other materials you import, create, export, or share through Kuail.

• You keep your rights to your own content.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use photos or other materials in Kuail.
• You are responsible for exported files and anything you share outside the app.
• You should keep backups of important originals and exported artwork outside Kuail.

4. Local Storage and Deletion

Kuail stores saved artwork and related metadata inside the app sandbox on your device. If you delete the app, clear local artworks, restore your device, or lose access to your device, locally stored artwork may be permanently lost.

Kuail is not responsible for loss of local files, deleted artwork, failed exports, device storage issues, or missing backups.

5. In-App Purchases and Coins

Kuail may offer optional consumable in-app purchases, such as coin packs. Coins are used only inside Kuail to unlock premium editor actions or other in-app features shown before confirmation.

• Coins are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, securities, or transferable assets.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value outside Kuail.
• Coins may not transfer between devices, Apple IDs, accounts, or app installs unless Kuail explicitly supports that feature.
• All purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and billing policies.
• Purchases are final except where Apple policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Kuail or use it in a way that harms other people, violates the law, or infringes rights. You must not use Kuail to create, export, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or intended to impersonate or mislead others.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, modify, resell, sublicense, or use Kuail in a way that interferes with the app, StoreKit, Apple services, or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

Kuail, including its interface, visual design, app name, software, graphics, and related materials, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This agreement gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kuail according to these terms.

Except for your own content, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from Kuail without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Kuail may rely on Apple services, including the App Store, StoreKit, device permissions, and system sharing features. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

When you export or share content to another app or service, that third party may process your content under its own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

Kuail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

Creative results may vary based on source images, device capabilities, settings, and export format.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuail and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost content, lost profits, device issues, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using Kuail at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to app features if you violate this User Agreement, create legal risk, misuse purchases, or interfere with the app's operation.

12. Changes to the App

Kuail may add, modify, or remove features, editor tools, coin costs, purchase options, visual designs, or supported formats. We may also update these terms to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or business practices.
